Urbanization Los Pradillos and Casabermeja

The house is located on the Los Pradillos urbanization just a couple of minutes from the bustling village of Casabermeja. The village has a long history and was, for many years, an important stop between the coast and inland towns such as Antequera.

The proximity of the A45 means that Malaga can be reached in 10mins, the airport 15mins and the rest of the coast with its beaches and facilities very easily. In the opposite direction, Antequera can be reached in 20mins and further afield the cities of Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada are all within easy reach via the motorway.

The village has all the usual facilities for day to day life and has a number of excellent cultural events during the year.
