This charming cave house has been beautifully renovated and maintained over the last 7 years and is presented in “walk-in” condition for new owners.
The benefits of a cave house are many and varied and this lovely version offers a great deal of flexibility in terms of how the house is used in the future.
If you think that living in a cave house you might feel like a hermit, you couldn’t be further from the truth – light and bright accommodation and great outside space make this house a delight to enjoy all year round.
Cave accommodation offers a steady ambient temperature all year round – cool during the heat of the summer months and maintains a comfortable temperature even in the coldest months of the year. This comfortable ambient living is a wonder compared to the standard built houses in southern Spain which are often very cold in winter.
The flexible layout within the house allows various rooms to be used as bedrooms but these can also be used for other purposes – extra living accommodation, hobby rooms or as a home office/study etc. There is also a second entrance which allows access to some cave rooms which could prove useful.
Equally, there is the opportunity to create separate guest accommodation within the main house where bedroom 1 has a small living room (with wood burning stove) and a cloakroom which could be used for visitors – be they friends, family or even paying guests.
This lovely cave home offers a great many benefits and here’s our pick of the bunch…
♦ 4/5 bedroom cave house with flexible internal layout
♦ Great outside space with various terraces
♦ All mains services including water, electric, drainage and internet
♦ Solar panels for heating hot water
♦ Garage with space for 2 cars
♦ Distant views from the top terrace
♦ Separate guest accommodation can be created
