The larger village of Villanueva de la Concepcion is a short 10min drive away and offers everything needed for daily life – a wide range of shops including supermarkets, fresh produce – fruit and veg, fish and meat. A petrol station, banks and many other facilities can be found in the village.
There is much to see and do in the area with attractions that will delight young and old alike, including the spectacular rock formations of the El Torcal Natural Park that towers over Villanueva.
The house comes under the Antequera municipality and this ancient city offers many architectural, historical and cultural attractions. Known as the “Crossroads of Andalucia” it provides easy access by road and high speed AVE train to Seville, Cordoba, Granada and Malaga
Malaga city and the Costa del Sol can be reached in around 45mins, as can Malaga’s International Airport, making flights an easy option for family visits or travelling further afield.
